Attorney Ralph W. Powers Jr. has served Prince George’s County and the surrounding areas of southern Maryland for more than 35 years. His extensive litigation experience has led to both a keen understanding of the court system and a strong reputation among his colleagues. Ralph Powers maintains a consistent presence in the Prince George’s County Orphan’s Court in estate administration and probate litigation. His diverse legal practice also includes construction and real estate, business litigation, personal injury and criminal defense. Ralph serves as President of the American Inn of Court of Southern Maryland, and he has been a member and leader in civic organizations in the Upper Marlboro area such as the Prince George’s County Historical Society.
Jane K. Powers is not an attorney, but she is an experienced mediator certified through the Harvard Law School Mediation Training Program and recently obtained her master’s degree in clinical counseling from Johns Hopkins University. With these credentials she is ideally suited to assist divorcing couples in mediation of custody disputes and other family law conflicts.
